Raw Dekai is a character I made up about 7 months ago, but didn't really work on until May. He's an immortal bounty hunter who never fails his job. However, his latest mission was canceled, but he refuses to stop hunting the girl because he's suddenly found that he's obsessed with her.

Raw is a villain in Shards. What is happening to his hand is normal, but doesn't happen all the time. Indeed what is happening to him is important to the plot. That staff is the source of his power.
He is a very mean and uncaring person, who respects few.
